Benefits of becoming a member:

Members will not be charged consultation fees for seeing any resident doctor at any time of the day.
Free first line tests i.e. Malaria slide, Routine urine & Stool tests, Haemoglobin, blood sugar levels.
Second line tests will becharged at half the normal cost.
First 48 hours of admission will not incur charges on nursing and room costs.
5% discount for surgical and dental procedures, as well as inpatient costs.
Ambulance fees are 50% of normal charge....

Conditions

Individual scheme:
Payment will be 250,000 Kwacha per person every three months

Family scheme:
A family of 3-5 members K1,500,000 per 3 months, 6-10 members K2,000,000 per 3 months above 10 members will be considered under the corporate scheme. Benefits are as explained above.

Corporate scheme:
10-30 members K15,000,000 per year
30-50 K25,000,000 per year
50-100 K35,000,000 per year
More than 100 members; This will be dealt with at organizational level and will require discussion between management.

Membership fees are payable in advance.
Membership will be suspended on the expiry of the subscription.
Membership fees are determined by management and are subject to change with the prevailing business conditions.
All Adjustments will be communicated in writing to all our clients.
Admission to the hospital is subject to availability of bed space. In the event of non availability of bed space, management will make special arrangements to have you admitted at one of our co-operating clinics until a bed becomes available. The bill for such admissions will follow the usual pattern as if you were admitted at our facility.
Account facilities may be allowed for individual, families, or corporate clients after discussion with management.
All accounts to be paid 15 days after statement is received.
If in default an 11% surcharge will be added for every week ended.
