Benefits of becoming a member

• No consultation throughout 24 hours.
• ¾ of specialist consultation.
• Free first line tests i.e. malaria slide, routine urine, Hb, stool and sugar test.
• ½ prices for second line tests i.e. FBC/ESP CXR, and ECG, Lipids, Urea and electrolytes: Liver function tests, ECG, Sputum microscopy, Ultra Sound, scan, The rest of the tests will be charged in full.
• First 48 Hours of admission will not incur charges on nursing and room costs.
• 5% discount for all surgical and dental procedures.
• 5% discount on in-patient costs
• Members will be entitled to home visits for critical patients at an additional cost in an area which will be easily accessible by our staff.
• 10% discount on admission to adult and pediatrics ICU for the first 72 hours, on nursing and room costs.
• Ambulance facilities will be available at 50% of normal charge.

Individual Scheme

Payment will be K750,000 Kwacha per person every three months.

Family Scheme

A family of 2-5 members K2,500,00 per three months, 6-10 months members K5,000,000 per 3 months and above 10 members will be considered under the corporate scheme. Benefits are explained above.

Corporate Scheme

• 10-30 members K40,000,000 per year
• 30-50 members K75,000,000 per year
• 50-100 members K100,000,000 per year
• More than 100 members will be dealt at organizational level and will require discussion

All members fees are payable in advance. Benefits will only be enjoyed 30 days after paying membership fees. Memebership will be suspended on the expiry of the subscription.

Membership fees are determined by management and are subject to change with prevailing business conditions. All adjustments will be communicated in writing to all our clients. Admission to the hospital is subject to availability of bed space. In the event of non availability of bed space, management will make special arrangements to have you admitted at our co-operating clinics until a bed becomes available. The bill from such admissions will follow the usual pattern as if you were admitted at our facility.
