A gift shop is located near the entrance of our premises.

What is available at the gift shop?

A wide range of commodities are available at the gift shop. Flowers, toys, cards, phone credit, beverages and food are just a few. Servicies such as printing,scaning,fax and making phone calls are available as well.

Is smoking allowed at the hospital?

Smoking is not allowed inside the premises or near the premises. However there is a designated smoking area close to the main gate, just at the back of the car park.

Our institution is located on Plot 5498,Lunsemfwa Road in Kalundu, Lusaka. Close to Arcades Shopping Mall.

How do I get admitted at the hospital?

Patients are admitted to the hospital either through the physician or when presented to the Emergency Department. Should you feel you need to obtain care at Victoria Hospital please feel free to contact any of our physicians. In case of an emergency, our emergency department is open 24 hours a day seven days a week 356 days a year.

What important documentation do I need to bring to the hospital with me?

All patients are required to bring some type of photo identification.

What else should I bring?

We want you to be comfortable during your stay at Victoria Hospital. We suggest packing warm slippers, pyjamas and robe personal hygiene items and reading materials.
